If you make a grant for protection and promotion of the health, you can deduct this amount from your profit, but no more than 6% of the profit. If you submit your tax declaration on PIT-36 and PIT-37 form, you can make a payment on our account in the amount of 1% of your tax. You should make a payment from 01.05.2005 till day of submitting tax declaration but no later than till 30.04.2006. If you pay lump sum and you fill in PIT- 28 form, you can make a payment on our account in the amount of 1% of your tax from 01.02.2005.till day of submitting tax declaration but no later till 31.01.2006.
